The message comes after the Republicans were trounced in the US midterm elections
The White House has released a strange message after the Republicans suffered heavy losses in the US midterm elections.
The Democrats have swept the board in the midterms, taking the Senate and the House of Representatives, including flipping seats in Republican strongholds.
Following the punishing elections, the White House posted an image on X containing the message: “PSA: Trump is still your president.”
This was accompanied by a post with the caption ‘thank you for your attention to this matter’.
Also, White House Director of Communications Steven Cheung shared a message, writing: “Donald J Trump is the President of the United States. Still your President!”
